Born out of the COVID-19 pandemic and expanded through statewide partnerships, AlterCareLine has facilitated more than 250,000 peer counseling encounters since our inception.
From virtual support to boots-on-the-ground outreach, our dedicated teams have been at the frontlines of California’s most urgent behavioral health needs – from the 2021 wildfires to the 2022 floods and the most recent 2025 LA fires.
