At AlterCareLine, we provide no-cost, compassionate emotional support to individuals and families affected by the recent wildfires in Los Angeles. Our mission is simple: to stand with our community through crisis, recovery, and healing—every step of the way.
We understand the deep emotional toll natural disasters can take. The loss of a home, cherished belongings, or daily routines can lead to overwhelming feelings of anxiety, sadness, and uncertainty. These reactions are human—and you’re not alone.
AlterCareLine offers support through trained crisis counselors who are available at LA Fire Disaster Recovery Centers across the region. Language translation services, including American Sign Language, are available on-site to ensure everyone has access to the care they deserve. If you have specific language or accessibility needs, we encourage you to share them when scheduling your appointment.
